The policy conditions on shown on this page do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All payment transactions are carried out on our behalf using PayPal. When you select the option to pay by card, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website before you enter any card details.

Please note that all products and descriptions are accurate at the time of publishing, however there may be the very rare occasions where items are out of stock. In this case, we reserve the right to replace items with those of similar or higher value if for any reason any product is unavailable at the delivery time required. This will be advised to the customer via email or telephone.

Policies

Within the UK all of our orders for delivery are handled by The Royal Mail 2nd Class which aim to deliver in two to three working days. Should faster delivery be required, we are happy to provide a quote for this upon request.

We always obtain proof of postage and in certain circumstances items may require to be signed for on delivery. Occasionally there may postal delays beyond our control, so please allow additional time for items to arrive from posted date. If any item is not delivered after 14 days please get in touch with us.

For delivery outside of the UK items are sent by Royal Mail International standard and some may require a signature upon delivery and should arrive within 7-10 working days. Occasionally there are postal delays but if your order hasn't arrived by 14 days then please contact us. We always obtain proof of posting and items will be packaged to ensure they are delivered undamaged. If, for some reason, your item fails to arrive within 3 weeks, we will offer a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. 

For our international customers customs policies and import duties do vary from country to country. We do not know in advance if items ordered will be subject to import duties as these charges are raised once they reach the destination country.

To cancel your purchase, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it. When returning the item please make sure it is in the secure condition it was sent to you to ensure its safe return and do so within 30 days from the date you cancelled. It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item/s to us (unless damaged/faulty refer to Faulty/Damaged Goods Tab ). We advise you return items to us using the same method of postage (if unsure please ask us first. We also require you to obtain proof of posting (receipt). If your item returns to us meeting these conditions then you will receive your refund within 14 days.

If in doubt, please just message us first and we can have a chat to resolve any problems. If your item is damaged it may be useful to send us an image so we can contact the postal service.

Please contact us immediately if your items are damaged or faulty before returning. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package by phone or email with full details of the fault/damage, send us a photo by email if possible. If we need you to return the item to us, we will cover the cost of doing so however we ask you to obtain proof of postage (receipt) and also send the faulty item back to us using the same method of postage, if unsure please ask. If your item returns to us meeting these conditions then you will receive a refund or a replacement within 14 days.

Washed Ashore Crafts collects information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by Washed Ashore Crafts to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Washed Ashore Crafts will never email marketing material to the Purchaser nor pass customer details to third parties.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
